Registering at TOCC

Registration Process

You will need to complete a registration form in one of the following ways:

  • By walk-in or appointment at TOCC Main Campus, register with a Student Support Specialist.

  • By fax. We can fax the form to you; complete it and then fax it to (520) 383-8403.

  • By mail. A form can be mailed to you; complete it and then mail it to us at
    P.O. Box 3129, Sells, AZ, 85634.

  • Download and print the Application for Admission and then submit in person, by fax, or by mail.

  • Attend Orientation at Main Campus.

Alternatively, group O & R sessions can be arranged with the Student Services Division at TOCC. A group O & R session should be scheduled 4 weeks prior to the first day of class. Contact TOCC’s Academic Advising Office (520) 383-8401 for more information

Maximum Credit Hours

Students can enroll for no more than 18 credit hours in either the fall or spring semester, and for no more than 12 credit hours during summer sessions. These limits include resident work, registration with the University of Arizona or other college, and extension, correspondence, or high school courses taken at the same time.

If you wish to exceed the maximum load of 18 credit hours, you must obtain approval from the TOCC Vice President for Education.
