TOCC Residence Life’s goal is to create a fun and inclusive community where students can connect and learn together. This is a place where you can develop personally and feel like you belong. We encourage the growth of our students’ cultural knowledge in a way that respects the Tohono O’odham Himdag.

Fees & Deposits

We make living on campus simple with a flat-rate dorm fee that includes utilities and wireless internet. This is not only a nice place to live, but it is also a cost-effective housing option for TOCC students!

  • Dorm Room Fee (per semester):
    • $1,200 (Fall or Spring Semester)
    • $550 (8-week Summer Session)
  • Damage Deposit: $150
  • Key Deposit: $40
  • Background Check Processing Fee: $40

Deposits are refundable when the room is clean and undamaged and the key is returned. Please pay your fees and deposits in the Bookstore.

Residence Life Policies

All student residents must adhere to the policies outlined in the Residence Hall Policy Agreement. We expect students to understand and follow all policies and guidelines. For most students, living on campus will be a new experience that is generally different from living at home. TOCC Residence Life places a high priority on students’ safety and health. All TOCC campuses are alcohol, tobacco, drug, and weapon-free environments. The policies were created to protect residents’ emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
